I have known Shantha now for over 15 years in various capacities; subordinate, colleague, coachee and friend, but most importantly he is an absolute gem of a person with a heart of gold. His guiding mantras include recognizing latent talent in people and organizations and being a catalyst for Enabling greatness. It seems that he holds a crystal ball that tells him what you are capable of achieving and he will not stop pushing you out of your comfort zone, and as you progress, skillfully up the bar. But his most amazing talent is to ask the right questions. You can call him with any work problem and he will listen patiently till the end and ask you 1 or 2 questions that will stop you and make you think "Why the hell has no one asked me this yet?" If you don't believe me, try it!!
