I have had the pleasure of knowing Shantha for over 15 years now, and am privileged to have been mentored by him through these years, immensely helping me progress through my leadership journey.

Shantha has been a unique leader bringing to the table a power packed combination of integrity, strategic thinking, people leadership, execution focus and ability to consistently deliver business results. Shantha’s people leadership skills are evident in the way he is able to identify strengths of every single team member, and inspire them to do that one percent extra, complimented by his genuine and committed effort to coaching and mentoring his team. What’s commendable is his ability to understand and adapt to cultural differences across various countries, from South Asia, to South East Asia to the South Pacific, and bringing the best out of his people.

Having reported to him directly or worked in the same geography for over a decade, I have had a ringside view of him bringing his vision and strategy to life through strong conviction and persistent communication, active delegation and influence, transforming careers of many colleagues in the journey.
